Prizes
One Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize which consists of:
(a) One “Beyond: Two Souls” video game gift pack for the winner that has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $140.00 and contains:
• One copy of the “Beyond: Two Souls” Limited Edition video game for PS3 with Exclusive Steelbook Premium Packaging;
• One “Beyond: Two Souls” poster signed by Ellen page;
• One copy of the “Heavy Rain” video game for PS3; and
(b) A trip for the winner and his/her guest to New York City, NY to attend the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival (the “Grand Prize Trip”) on or about April 25-28, 2013. The Grand Prize Trip has an ARV of $2,640.00 and consists of:
• Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and 1 guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at a major international airport in the New York City area (the “Airport”);
• 3 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Manhattan area hotel to be determined by Sponsor (the “Hotel”);
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the Airport to the Hotel;
• Single screening tickets for the winner and his/her guest (total of one ticket each) to attend the Tribeca Film Festival;
• Tickets for the winner and his/her guest (total of one ticket each) to attend a pre-screening reception; and
• Admission for the winner and his/her guest (total of one admission each) to attend a post-screening event at the Complex Media headquarters in New York, NY.
