With each purchase, a customer will receive a “Get Schooled” scratch-off game piece (“Game Piece”). Limit one (1) Game Piece allowed per person per visit. All visits to the same The Athlete’s Foot store location within two (2) hours constitute a single visit for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Scratch off the Game Piece to see if you have received an Instant TAF Discount and to reveal your Sweepstakes entry code. Then visit www.facebook.com/theathletesfoot (the “Website”), “like” the page, follow the links and instructions, input your Sweepstakes entry code (“Code”) and complete/submit the registration/entry form. All entries must be received by 11:59pm EDT on September 10, 2012.

To receive an “Get Schooled” scratch-off Game Piece without making a purchase, hand print on a 3”x 5” card or piece of paper, your name, address (including city and zip code), day time phone number, and e-mail address (optional) and mail, along with a Self-Addressed, Stamped Envelope, to: “Get Schooled” Sweepstakes Game Piece Request, 300 State Street, Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614. VT residents may omit the return postage. All requests must be postmarked by September 1, 2012, and received by September 5, 2012, and will be fulfilled while supplies last.
