The Sweepstakes Real Estate Professional Award is open only to Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate affiliated professionals, who are in good standing and are permanent legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia, and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

This drawing for $2,500 is for entrants who take a photograph of themselves in front of a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Open House yard sign in their local area during the Sweepstakes Period and upload the photograph through the Sweepstakes Application Page to their preferred social media platform (for example: Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram) with the hashtag #bhgresweeps and the hashtag of the BHGRE real estate professional whose open house they attended.
