Prizes
(1) Grand Prize consisting of $3,000 in Live Nation® E-gift cards (“Gift Card”). The Gift Card can be used for purchases online at livenation.com, ticketmaster.com, ticketmaster.ca, and in the Live Nation U.S. mobile app for Live Nation-produced events in the United States and Canada. Gift Cards are not redeemable at venue box offices. Gift cards cannot be used toward VIP Nation®, fan clubs, and select ticket packages. Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketsNow®, TicketExchange™ and other tickets not sold directly by Live Nation. Other exclusions may apply. A Gift Card cannot be combined with any other Gift Cards, gift certificates or other coupons. Gift Cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities without Live Nation’s prior written approval and may not be sold other than through authorized Live Nation channels. Live Nation reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if it believes that the Gift Card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means. If the Gift Card holder’s purchase exceeds the amount of that Gift Card’s balance, the Gift Card holder must pay the difference by another means. Unused Gift Card balances are not transferable. Use of Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of these terms and the additional terms found at http://help.livenation.com/gift-cards. The use of Gift Cards on the livenation.com, ticketmaster.com and ticketmaster.ca websites are subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on each site. Live Nation reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time in its discretion without notice. (20) First Place Prizes each consisting of two (2) reserved tickets to winner’s choice of one (1) participating concert at one of the select venues as provided by Live Nation (“Venue”). Click HERE to see Venue list. If reserved tickets are not available for the concert selected, Live Nation will reserve the right to provide winner with four (4) general admission lawn tickets instead. If winner lives more than 150 miles from the selected Venue, Live Nation may substitute tickets with one (1) $250 Gift Card. Not valid for private events or rentals. Tickets are subject to program availability, Venue capacity, age and artist restrictions. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Selection of concert seat locations is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Tickets will be placed at Will Call under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets; photo ID will be required. Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Winner and guest must abide by all Venue policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner of winner’s guest who it and/or Venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Winner must select concert by May 31, 2020, or forfeit the prize. Once concert has been selected Resale of tickets is prohibited. Approximate Retail Value of each First Place Prize is: Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250).
