Prizes
Grand Prize: One (1) Entrant will be awarded one (1) grand prize (“Winner”), which shall consist of:
one (1) private hometown screening of the movie UglyDolls for the Winner and up to ninety nine (99) guests;
one (1) small popcorn for Winner and up to ninety nine (99) guests in attendance;
one (1) small water or soda for Winner and up to ninety nine (99) guests in attendance; and
UglyDoll merchandise for Winner and up to ninety nine (99) guests in attendance (collectively, “Grand Prize”).
B. Screening: The screening will occur on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday within four (4) weeks of the Winner Selection Date (as defined in Section 5), as solely determined by the Sponsor, after the official release of UglyDolls. Sponsor will determine the theater location, date and time of the screening, in its sole and absolute discretion. The Winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, additional concession items at the theater and transportation to and from the screening. In the event the Winner and/or his/her guests engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the screening experience.
