There is a maximum of one (1) Preseason Code allowed per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.

b. Between Noon Eastern Time (ET) on 7/3/2017 – 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 8/31/2017, each Entrant may use the Code ‘SWACCC17’ to participate in the Promotion (‘Southwest Code’). There is a maximum of one (1) Southwest Code allowed per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.

c. Between Noon Eastern Time (ET) on 7/3/2017 – 11:59:59 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 9/29/2017, each Entrant may use the Code ‘SMOOTH17’ to participate in the Promotion (‘Phase One Code’). There is a maximum of one (1) Phase One Code allowed per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.

d. Between Noon Eastern Time (ET) on 9/29/2017 – 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 1/31/2018, each Entrant may use the Code ‘BOLD2017’ to participate in the Promotion (‘Overtime Code’). There is a maximum of one (1) Overtime Code allowed per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.

Without a Purchase (Online): To obtain a Code without making a purchase during the Promotion Period, each Entrant may visit www.tailgatetraditionscode.com and follow the on-line instructions provided to receive a unique Code to participate in the Promotion (‘Free Code’). There is a maximum of one (1) Free Code allowed per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.

Without a Purchase (Mail-In Code Request): To obtain a Code without making a purchase from 7/3/2017 – 1/18/2018, an Entrant must legibly hand print his/her full name (no initials), complete street address including city, state and zip (no P.O. Boxes), age, and valid email address on a 3½” x 5” properly stamped postcard and mail it to: “Community Coffee Tailgate Traditions Instant Win and Sweepstakes”, P.O. Box 278 Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by 1/18/2018 and received by 1/27/2018. Mail-in code requests will be deemed to be submitted on the day they are postmarked. Maximum of (1) mail-in code request per person or per email address per day from 7/3/2017 – 1/18/2018 is permitted. If more than one (1) mail-in code request with the same postmark date is received from an Entrant during the Promotion Period, only the first mail-in code request received from that Entrant will be valid. All remaining mail-in code with the same postmark date which were received from that Entrant will be void. For each valid submission, Administrator will send one (1) Code by email to the email address provided on the postcard received. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered mail requests or emails. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, invalid, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries, which will be disqualified. Mail-in entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
