Prizes
(1) GRAND PRIZE is available, consisting of: (i) a prize package of Dippin’ Dots Beach Fun themed items, comprised of a beach towel, a tee shirt, a tumbler, and sunglasses, and (ii) a trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests which includes only the following:
ROUNDTRIP AIR TRANSPORTATION: Roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for the winner of the Grand Prize and up to three (3) guests from a United States gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor or the person/entity arranging travel for Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Tampa, Florida.
RENTAL CAR: SUV class rental car for five (5) days and four (4) nights with car pick up and return at Tampa International Airport and from such company as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion.
HOTEL: Four (4) nights hotel accommodations in a quad-occupancy room at TradeWinds Island Resort located on St. Pete Beach including all taxes, resort fees, and on-site parking.
Certificates will be valid for twelve (12) months from the end of the Promotion (June 30, 2018) and may include traditional blackout periods. Redemption instructions will accompany all certificates. Minimum age to book accommodations is 21. Minimum age to book car rental is 20.
Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or gifted, may not be redeemed for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Extensions to expiration dates will not be granted. Prize packages do not include travel to the departure airport or to the hotel (except as specifically included), meals (except as specifically included), incidentals, tips, telephone calls, airline baggage fees, or any other personal expenses incurred during the winner’s stay. Airline and schedule are at the sole discretion of VISIT FLORIDA®. Non-stop service may not be offered. Prize Winner must be one of the passengers booked in the travel party. Winner and guest(s) must have all necessary photo identification and/or travel documents required for travel.
If Grand Prize Winner is under the age of twenty-five (25), a parent or legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner of at least twenty-five (25) years of age must accept the Grand Prize on the Winner’s behalf and must be an accompanying guest on Grand Prize Winner’s trip. Should the Grand Prize Winner elect to partake in any or all portions of his/her Grand Prize with fewer than three (3) guests or no guest, the portions of the Prize otherwise available if Prize Winner had included additional guest(s) shall go unawarded, shall be forfeited and no alternative prize or compensation of any kind shall be awarded for such unawarded and forfeited prize elements and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
Rental car is available to Prize Winner who is twenty (20) years of age or older, with an unrestricted, valid automobile driver’s license in good standing in at least one (1) U.S. state, and who provides such security deposit as rental car company requires using a valid credit card in named driver’s name.
Air transportation is excluded from Grand Prize if the winner of the Grand Prize resides within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of Tampa, Florida and no substitute prize will be awarded. Hotel accommodations included in Grand Prize are for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children all sharing a room, for which purposes a child is considered an individual younger than sixteen (16) years of age; a valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee Grand Prize Winner’s room on check in; Grand Prize does not include travel to and from the domestic airport, personal expenses, incidentals, or food and drink unless otherwise stated; all elements of the Grand Prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at the discretion of Sponsor or person/entity providing Grand Prize on behalf of Sponsor; once confirmed, the Grand Prize cannot be amended or cancelled; all Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time during a single trip; Grand Prize is non-refundable and non- transferable; no cash alternative is available; all travelers will require valid photo ID approved for air travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the Prize Winner and guest(s); travel is subject to availability at the time of booking, and trip cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or public holidays in the United States; other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply; all airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes; Grand Prize is valid until June 30, 2018, and all travel must be completed within that time. The Grand Prize winner shall not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. No airline miles will be awarded. The round trip air transportation element for Grand Prize begins and ends at the point of departure. Travel over holidays and other peak travel periods are restricted. This trip may not be sold. Airline tickets must be used on the carrier ticketed and cannot be used on any other airline. Grand Prize Winner will and other Winner(s) may be required to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law. Grand Prize Winner will and other winner(s) may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of his/her awarded Prize.
(3) RUNNER UP PRIZES are available, each consisting of: (i) one (1) certificate redeemable for one (1) Dippin’ Dots home delivery shipment, each home delivery shipment consisting of one (1) 30-serving kit which shall include one (1) bulk bag (approx. 1 gallon) of Dippin’ Dots product which shall be mailed to the address provided by the potential Prize Winner in his/her Entry or in response to the Prize notification, said certificate expiring July 31, 2018; (ii) free ground shipping of home delivery shipments redeemed pursuant to the certificate; and (iii) a prize package of Dippin’ Dots Beach Fun themed items, comprising a tee-shirt, a tumbler, a beach towel, and sunglasses. Potential winners shall be contacted and confirmed in accordance with the Prize Selection Process and shall obtain certificate from Sponsor via electronic mail which must be redeemed online at a website provided by Sponsor on or by the expiration date.
