Prizes
(1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night trip for two to New York City to attend a taping of The Dr. Oz Show during Spring 2014, and a $100,000 donation in the Winner’s name to the health or wellness charity of their choice. Trip includes:
- Round-trip coach air transportation;
- Standard hotel accommodations;
