just got card in mail says ends on Feb. 5th but when sign in it says ended Dec 31st Its on way not to pay out prizes unfair and bad business

I received my sweepstakes card today, January 22, 2014 and supposedly the contest ended December 31, 2013. How are people supposed to enter being that it is expired???????????????
