Grand Prizes (2): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to Boston, Massachusetts. Travel expected to occur late April/early May (2017); exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor at a later date, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, ground transfers from/to airport/hotel, recognition as VIP guests at the 2017 Carry The Load National Relay, and $1,000 spending money (awarded in the form of a check payable to the winner). If winner cannot travel on the dates specified, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change. Ground transportation (other than as stated above), meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein as part of the prize are solely winner’s responsibility. All travel subject to availability, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled prize-related activities (including, but not limited to airline flights) beyond its control. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. passport or valid driver’s license) required for travel. Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. Any minor guest (under age of 18; 19 in AL or NE) must be accompanied at all times by minor’s parent or legal guardian who must be the winner or one of winner’s guests. Each guest (or his/her parent or legal guardian if minor) must complete and return a Liability/Travel Release prior to prize-award date. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,400 each. Actual value may depend on city/date/time of departure.
