Prizes
(1) prize is available. The prize consists of a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to Las Vegas, NV, which includes: (i) one way coach airfare for the Winner and his or her travel companion between the major U.S. airport that is nearest to the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Las Vegas, NV, and one way return coach airfare for the Winner and his or her travel companion from Las Vegas, NV, to a major airport nearest to the prize Winner’s residence; (ii) hotel accommodations for the Winner and his or her travel companion (one (1) room (room rate and tax only); double occupancy) at the Paris hotel or a comparable hotel as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (iii) dinner for two (2) at Gordon Ramsey Steak (tax and gratuity not included) or a comparable restaurant as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (iv) two (2) passes allowing access to the High Roller Observation Wheel; (v) two (2) Fly Linq zipline passes good for access to the Linq Promenade; (vi) two (2) tickets to a show at Zappos, Planet Hollywood or The Colosseum (depending on availability and at Sponsor’s sole discretion) and (vii) the opportunity for Winner and his or her travel companion to attend a live audience taping of a Game Show Network show, based on the availability and production schedule of Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Taping”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is Three Thousand One Hundred Eighty Dollars ($3,180).
Notes
During the Promotion Period, Game Show Network will telecast a “Code Word” during each airing of Catch 21 hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and featuring Witney Carson as the dealer, Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 p.m. ET and 6:30 p.m. ET. The “Code Word” will run up to two (2) times per episode in a graphic on the bottom of the screen and/or in a promo that will air during the applicable telecast (each, a “Code Word Airing”). There will be one (1) Code Word each day, beginning on Monday, October 14, 2019 and ending on Friday, October 18, 2019, for a total of five (5) Code Words during the Promotion Period. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, change or modify Code Word Airings and/or the Promotion or any portion(s) thereof in its sole discretion. Sponsor may also elect to publish the Code Word on Sponsor’s Facebook Watch, Instagram Stories or YouTube Pages during the same time frames set forth above.

(b) Mail-In Method of Entry: To enter via mail (a "Mail-In Entry"), hand print in ink on a 4 x 6 postcard the name of the Promotion (“Game Show Network Catch 21 Getaway Sweepstakes”), one (1) Code Word that was seen on TV, your full name, home address and zip code, home telephone number and area code and email address (if available). Limit one (1) Code Word per Mail-In Entry. All entry information must be completed in full. Mail your completed postcard to: Game Show Network Catch 21 Getaway Sweepstakes, 2150 Colorado Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90404. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no liability for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail. Limit (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. Mail-In Entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by October 23, 2019 to be included in the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person per Code Word.
