I make a dairy free strawberry dessert. I take fresh strawberries and take the top’s off put them in a pot on the stove add about a half cup of sugar or artificial sweeteners about a tablespoon of fresh ginger. Cook on low until it thickens. Take about 10 graham crackers and crush them. Take about a half stick of butter and melt it in the microwave for about 35 seconds until melted. Then mix the butter and graham crackers together. Take the cookie crumble mixture and pat it into a pie tin. On the bottom and up the sides. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. After everything is cool put the strawberry mixture and put into the crust. Then take some fresh strawberries and bananas and blend in a blender. Put mixture in freezer for about 1 hour. I forgot to tell you put the pie in the refrigerator while you make the strawberry and banana mixture.
