Prizes
(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest of Grand Prize Winner (“Guest”), to Darlington, South Carolina (“Destination”) to attend Throwback Weekend at Darlington Raceway (“Event”), on or about August 30 – September 2, 2019, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence in the United States to Destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,600; (ii)a three (3) day Event “Best Package” that includes: (a) reservedseating for Grand Prize Winner and Guest for race days; (b) general admission seating for Grand Prize Winner and Guest for practice day; (c) pre- race all-inclusive VIP access(subject to the standard terms and procedures of NASCAR and subject to NASCAR’s sole discretion), on-track access for concert and driver introductions; (d) and three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included; and (e) motor coach transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between hotel and Event; Best Package ARV is $1,970; (iii) one (1) $500 pre-paid card for Grand Prize Winner (subject to the terms and conditions ofpre-paid gift card), with an ARV of $500; and (iv) one (1) Goodyear Vintage Racing Hat signed by Dale Earnhardt Jr, with an ARV of $50, collectively (the “Grand Prize”). The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,120
Weekly Prizes: Each of the four (4) Weekly Winners will receive: (i) one (1) Goodyear Vintage Racing Hat, signed by Dale Earnhardt Jr, with an ARV of $50; and (ii) one (1) $200 SiriusXM gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card) with an ARV of $200
