PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV). The (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for
winner and his or her one (1) guest on Sponsor-selected dates between approximately May 17, 2019, and
May 20, 2019, to the June Weddings Fan Celebration convention at Graceland (the “Event”). The prize
consists solely of the following: two (2) round-trip, economy class air transportation tickets from a major
airport near the winner’s residence in the Territory (as selected by Sponsor) to a Sponsor-selected airport
in or near Memphis, TN; hotel accommodations (one (1) room based on double occupancy) for three (3)
nights at the Guest House at Graceland hotel or another Sponsor-selected hotel in or near Memphis, TN;
ground transportation between the airport and hotel upon arrival in and departure from Memphis; two (2)
VIP Platinum Package tickets to the Event, and, for winner only, $500 spending money (awarded as one
