We need a RENOVaTION…we bought this home a year ago today!!! and we had all these plans to do all these upgrades….NOT happening. We have a kitchen thats the size of a hallway, closed dinning room needs open floor plan, upstairs ready to finish but the moneys ran out….Wow we’ve worked really hard and got a very late start buying our first home, as we are both over 40 and will be 70ish before its paid for….I see no renovation in our future….this was not the plan, we planned to renovate the kitchen and open it up to dinning room and dinning open up to living room….then upstairs is already wired with electric, some plumbing done, a partial sub floor in and insolated….The money ran out before we got past furnishings….we need a RENOVATION!!!!!

I saw this advertised in Wayne Pa where my husband was having some laser surgery for his
back and neck. I thought if I could win that contest Howard would be so happy. He loves
to have at least one major repair or addition
done to our modest home within 3-5 years.
Our home have increased in value a lot during the years and I could sell and move into another home that would have all the upgrades
but I love my home and community that we live in .I have a 4 year old grandson who have been hating on my house. He lives in new big house and always tell me good things I would have if I had a bigger and better house. I told him it wasn’t the size and beauty of the house that mattered it’s the love and memories that have been shared there.
We’ve lived here 30 years and raised all 3 sons in this house and all their friends and cousins
enjoyed and loved spending time here.
Can you imagine a 4 year old debating with you on why you move out your beloved home?
I asked him who would pay for it and he just
smiled.
