Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked between August 20, 2019 and October 27, 2019 and received by November 6, 2019. Administrator will send five game play codes by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on each request. Each entrant may obtain no more than five codes per day, total, through this method of Code request. Mail-in requests will not be returned and no further correspondence will be entered into.
