After submitting your Internet Photo Entry, download and print the On Air Release; then complete, sign and email the On Air Release as an attachment to Sweepstakes administrator at the following email address: Live@enteractivesolutions.com within the same day or following day. Your first name, last name and the email address you used in your Internet Photo Entry must be inserted into the email subject line. Emails without an On Air Release attachment or emails with an On Air Release attachment that is not for this Sweepstakes, does not contain an original signature, or is not printable or legible, will be null and void and entrant will not be eligible to participate.
