Then, during the Promotion Period, visit the TLC website or use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to scan the Promotion quick response code that is displayed on-screen with the Code Word, and then follow the instructions to complete all required information on the registration form, provide the correct Code Word and submit the online entry form.
