Scroll down the pastamatchmaker.com page and Click on the button that says, “GET THE CHALLENGE” Create a pasta dish consistent with the theme for the applicable Challenge Period (you may use your own recipe or the recipe provided on the site). Your pasta dish should retain the spirit of the original recipe and include at least one special ingredient that makes the dish your own. Take a photo of your pasta dish.
