Prize Pack I: One (1) prize will be awarded to an entrant whose submission was received during Sweepstakes Entry Period I. Prize Pack I will consist of five hundred eighty-seven dollars and sixty-seven cents ($587.67) worth of NOW® products including “supplements, beauty & health products, essential oils, sports nutrition products, and natural foods,” pre-selected by Sponsor, as well as one (1) forty-five (45) minute online video nutrition consultation session with Kelly LeVeque valued at seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Sponsor will cover all shipping and handling costs associated with the prize. Any associated taxes will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The actual retail value of the prize is $1,337.67.

Prize Pack II will consist of five hundred eighty-seven dollars and sixty-seven cents ($587.67) worth of NOW® products including “supplements, beauty & health products, essential oils, sports nutrition products, and natural foods,” pre-selected by Sponsor. PRIZE PACK II DOES NOT INCLUDE A VIDEO CONSULTATION SESSION WITH KELLY LEVEQUE. Sponsor will cover all shipping and handling costs associated with the prize. Any associated taxes will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The actual retail value of the prize is $587.67.
