(3) Grand Prizes: seven day Holland America Line cruise for the Winner and one guest, sharing accommodations of one ocean-view stateroom. Winner and guest will be on a seven day Holland America Line Caribbean cruise departing on March 3, 2018 roundtrip from Ft. Lauderdale, FL to the Caribbean. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor. The prize consists of ocean-view stateroom accommodations for the Winner and one guest (same stateroom) and most shipboard meals (certain alternate dining options may require a fee). Each Winner will receive $978 in the form of a check (which Winner may use, if he/she so elects, to help defray any tax liability Winner may incur in connection with his/her acceptance of the Prize). However, if the Winner does not require airfare based on Winner’s proximity to the destination to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the check set forth above will be reduced from $978 to $678 which Winner may use, if he/she so elects to help defray any tax elects, to help defray any tax liability Winner may incur in connection with his/her acceptance of the Prize).
