(1) Winner and a guest will receive a three ( 3 ) night stay at Madeline Hotel and Residences Telluride consisting of the following: (i) three ( 3) nights of accommodations , staying in a King Luxe room (ARV: $1 , 077.00) ; (ii) One (1) $50 credit per day for breakfast or lunch for Winner and guest (ARV: $150. 00); ( iii ) d inner for two for one (1) night at M Club (ARV: $250.00); (iv) t wo (2) 60 minut e spa treatments (ARV: $300.00) ; (v) t wo (2) ski – lift tickets or activities (depending on season) per day for three (3) days to tal (ARV: $720.00); (vi) t ransfers fro m Mo n trose Airport to and from hotel (ARV: $206.00) ; (vii) t wo (2) round – trip flights from a major airport closest to the Winner’s resident to Montrose , Colorado and with thirty (30) days booking notice, standard coach airfare (ARV: $3 , 0 0 0 .00 ) (Winner will make his/her own flight arrangements and flight arrangements for the guest at a price not to exceed the ARV stated above). Winner and his/her travel companion must leave from the same airport an d travel restrictions may apply ; and (viii ) $ 1,882.00 in the form of a check to the Winner, (which Winner may use, if he/she so elects to help defray any tax liability Winner may incur in connection with his/her acceptance of the Prize Package), which will be reduced to $ 892.00 , if the Winner does not require airfare based on Winn er proximity to the destination .
