(1) Grand Prize: Winner and a guest will receive a trip to the 2019 New Orleans Wine & Food Experience, currently scheduled for April 3-7, 2019 in New Orleans, L.A. The prize includes a four-night stay at the Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery for April 3-7, 2019 (one room, standard accommodations, double occupancy), round-trip airfare for two to/from New Orleans airport, two VIP tickets to the 2019 New Orleans Wine & Food Experience, currently scheduled for April 3-7, 2019, dinner for two at Toups South, breakfast for two at Brennan’s Restaurant, as well as $1,620 in the form of a check (which Winner may use, if he/she so elects to help defray any tax liability Winner may incur in connection with her/her acceptance of the Prize Package), which would be reduced to $1,320 in the event the Winner does not require airfare based on Winner proximity to the destination.
