All Mail-In Requests must be postmarked no later than March 23, 2019, and received on or before March 29, 2019, in order to be eligible. Administrator will then send one Code via email to the email address printed on the Mail-in Request. Limit: one Code per Mail-In Request, per day, during the Game Period. Mail-in Requests must be legibly hand-written.
