One of my favorite ritz recepies . Boil a fresh dungenous crab.remove the claws legs.take a spicy sausage link an cut into small quarter sections cook in a small sautee pan a teaspoon oil .then add a clove of crushed garlic stir in your fresh crab legs two to three .thenslice very thin or shred white pepper jack cheese over your crab sprinkled over sausage an crab .Now take your yummy ritz crackers placed close together an spatula out on your ritz. you can serve with tobasco sauce for those who like spicer.

I love ritz crackers.Ritz have been one of my favorites since i was a kid an my 55.
