Prizes
(1) Grand Prize of a four (4) day — three (3) night trip for winner and an accompanying guest to the Sundance Resort in Sundance Village, Utah (the “Resort”) during calendar year 2020. Transportation to the Resort will be provided for the winner and guest by way of round trip coach air transportation from the major airport which is closest to winner’s home. The three (3) nights lodging at the Resort will be in a “Mountain Suite” (double occupancy). Also included will be (i) use of a rental car while in Utah (subject to the rental car company’s terms and conditions); (ii) a sixty (60) minute aromatherapy massage for two at the Spa in the Resort; (iii) a three (3) course dinner for two at the Foundry Grill; (iv) a four (4) course dinner for two at The Tree Room; (v) two (2) Art Classes (one (1) per person); (vi) two (2) days of breakfast for two; and (vii) two (2) one-day lift tickets (one (1) per person). The total value of the Grand Prize will be up to, but will not exceed, $4,999. Air transportation, lodging, rental car, dinners and the other rewards included in the Grand Prize will be selected and/or arranged by Sponsor, as the case may be. The Grand Prize will not be transferable by winner.
Sponsor will specify the dates of the Grand Prize at the Resort, and make a reasonable effort to accommodate the winner’s preferred dates for travel to the Resort, if any. However, Sponsor reserves the right to change dates specified earlier and accepted by winner, for any reason in its sole discretion. The following “Black Out” dates will not be available for the Grand Prize at the Resort: December 21, 2019 — January 3, 2020 (holiday), January 23, 2020 — February 2, 2020 (Sundance Film Festival) and February 14 — February 17, 2020 (President’s Day Weekend). If, for any reason, the winner cannot or becomes unable to travel to the Resort on the dates specified by Sponsor, Sponsor shall have the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value than the Grand Prize (not to exceed $4,999).
