Prizes
One (1) grand prize, two (2) second place prizes, and five (5) third place prizes. Each winner will be awarded only one prize.
The grand prize consists of: a $400.00 Walmart gift card; a wallet containing UrgentRx product samples and sixty (60) packets of an assortment of UrgentRx products;
The second place prizes consist of: a $50.00 Walmart gift card; a wallet containing UrgentRx product samples and thirty (30) packets of an assortment of UrgentRx products.
The third place prizes consist of: a $25.00 Walmart gift card; a wallet containing UrgentRx product samples and twelve (12) packets of an assortment of UrgentRx products.
