(1) Grand Prize: a fly-away trip for a winner and one guest to attend the New York City Football Club game vs. Columbus in Bronx, New York on 10/22/2017 and sit in David Villa Sánchez’s personal family suite. Post-game meet-and-greet with David Villa Sánchez for winner and one guest in David Villa Sánchez’s personal family suite. 2 tickets to the NYCFC game on 10/22/2017 including suite access (ticket type and seat location are of the Sponsor’s sole choosing). Round-trip coach air travel for winner and one guest from major airport closest to winner’s residence to New York City. Two nights hotel accommodations, one standard room – double occupancy. $500 spending money for winner only. 2 signed David Villa Sánchez merchandise packages (each package contains 1 scarf, 1 jersey, 1 soccer ball and 1 photo; scarves/jerseys are subject to availability as to color, size and style). Grand Prize Trip must be taken so as to attend the 10/22/2017 NYCFC game or to attend the meet and greet opportunity with David Villa Sánchez, which is to take place on a date of Sponsor’s sole choosing before 12/31/2017 (if Mr. Villa Sánchez cannot fulfill the meet and greet opportunity in conjunction with the 10/22/2017 NYCFC game, if the Grand Prize cannot be fulfilled in time for the 10/22/2017 NYCFC game or the NYCFC game is cancelled/re-scheduled/postponed, as discussed above), as applicable. If winner is unable to travel at the applicable time for any reason, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety, no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the random drawing.
